Partners Community Health is seeking an IT Coordinator and Application Support Specialist to oversee IT operations and user support. This role demands robust technical skills, particularly in healthcare applications like PointClickCare, as well as excellent communication for effective training sessions. Your expertise will support clinical care and administrative processes while ensuring data security and system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and support IT infrastructure and user support
• Administer user accounts and ensure data security




• Provide first- to third-level support for critical systems
• Conduct training sessions for application usage
• Document all support activities in the Incident Management System

Requirements:
• College diploma or degree in Information Technology
• Minimum 4 years in IT support, preferably in healthcare
• Proficient with PointClickCare and similar EMRs
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with healthcare IT regulations like PHIPA
