Salary: $35.35 - $53.03 per hour

Status: Temporary Part Time (6 months)

Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Office of Strategy Management, the Project Analystwill be supporting the Interventional Radiology (IR) Improvement Initiative at UHN. This role will work closely with the Manager of the Interventional Radiology Improvement Initiative and focus on advancing priority operational improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient flow, increasing efficiency, and improvingthe overall delivery of IR services. The successful candidate will combine analytical and project management skills to support data-driven decision-making, translate findings into actionable implementation plans, coordinate stakeholders,



and drive execution of improvement initiatives within established timelines.

Duties

Translate identified process gaps and improvement opportunities into practical operational solutions

Analyze operational, workflow, capacity, and performance data to identify trends, measure project outcomes, and generate actionable insights

Support the development of IR performance management dashboards and reports to enable operational decision-making, evaluate performance, and support continuous improvement

Design and implement tools, workflows, process maps, standard work documents, and other resources to support sustainable process improvements

Coordinate and engage stakeholders including physicians, nurses, medical radiation technologists, administrative staff, and hospital leadership

Support change management activities including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies

Lead project meetings, working sessions, and status updates to ensure alignment and accountability

Develop project reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership and project teams

Support other initiatives and work, as required

Undergraduate degree in Medical Science, Business or Health Administration, Health Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience supporting healthcare improvement, operational excellence, process redesign, or project implementation initiatives

Demonstrated experience developing and executing project plans

Strong analytical skills with experience collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting operational data

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project





Excellent project coordination and organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams

Experience working within a hospital or healthcare environment, strongly preferred
