Shape lives as a Pathfinder at Native Clan Organization (NCO), supporting individuals exiting gang involvement. This role offers culturally responsive, trauma-informed support centered on community reintegration.

As a Pathfinder, you will lead the Nii Dootaamiin agooang (Gang Exiting) Program, working collaboratively with Correctional Service Canada and community partners. Your efforts will focus on case coordination, advocacy, and developing impactful healing approaches for relatives. Utilize your knowledge of Indigenous cultures and support systems to foster a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Gang Exiting Program and support staff development
• Maintain documentation and reports for program management




• Build trusting relationships with those seeking support
• Coordinate referrals to housing, education, and treatment
• Advocate for barriers reduction in accessing services

Requirements:
• High school diploma; relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of Indigenous healing strategies and trauma-informed care
• Robust interpersonal and crisis intervention skills
• Capability in case management and advocacy
• Valid driver's license preferred
