Vital Bio is actively recruiting for a recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for manufacturing and operations roles in an onsite setting in Ontario. You will partner with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and manage high-volume recruiting with a focus on quality and candidate experience.
The role requires 2–5 years of recruiting experience (preferably in manufacturing), solid communication, and proficiency with ATS systems.
