Hours: 75 Hours (8 hours; Days, Evenings, On-Call, Weekends)
0800-1600, 0900-1700 and 1300-2100 Hours.
On-call, weekends, and Holidays
Salary:
CGCH41A (CAD48.12 - CAD54.32 per hour) (which includes any negotiated wage adjustment and/or supplement, as applicable), plus a bi-weekly pensionable Market Adjustment up to a maximum of $788.48. (The Market Adjustment is currently approved until March 31, 2028 or pending collective bargaining conclusion, whichever is earlier). Note positions in Labrador Grenfell Zone are eligible for a bi-weekly pensionable Market Adjustment up to a maximum of $1,019.25.
The following Incentives may be applicable, can be combined and require a Return in Service Commitment:
1. Signing bonus up to $10,000
2. Come Home Incentive up to $50,000
3. Health Skilled Bursary (student) up to $10,000
