We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team at the Maple North Cleaners serving London, ON.

This role involves providing high-quality residential cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are maintained in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition.

Duties:

- Arrive to scheduled cleaning jobs on time. Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and wiping surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards Laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens

- Restock supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained

- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences

- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining professionalism and friendliness during interactions

- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products responsibly to ensure a protected working environment

Qualifications:





- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus

- Experience in residential cleaning or related hospitality services preferred but not required

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively

- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members

- Ability to perform light physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and household cleaning techniques

- Having personal vehicle to reach client locations on time

- Demonstrates attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

- All cleaners must have their own cleaning equipment and supplies required to vacuum, mop, and deep clean a residential space.
