Title: Staffing Coordinator (Bilingual)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 annually, based on experience

Location: Montreal, QC

We are currently looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our growing Montreal team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for industrial, logistics, and office positions while developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service by balancing recruitment, sales, scheduling, customer service, and administrative responsibilities to support both our clients and associates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job intake through candidate placement.
- Recruit for industrial, warehouse, logistics, transportation, administrative, and office positions.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Conduct telephone and in-person interviews.
- Complete reference checks and employment verification.
- Match qualified candidates with client requirements.
- Coordinate client interviews and follow up with both clients and candidates.




- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Develop new business through cold calling, networking, prospecting, and client visits.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Prepare staffing proposals and negotiate service agreements.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing account management.
- Schedule temporary employees for daily, weekly, and ongoing assignments.
- Confirm employee availability and attendance.
- Respond quickly to last-minute staffing requests.
- Maintain communication with associates regarding schedules, assignments, and workplace expectations.
- Assist with employee coaching and issue resolution as required.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the ATS/CRM system.
- Ensure candidate registrations are complete and up to date.
- Collect and maintain employee identification, work authorization, licences, certifications, and other required documentation.
- Upload and organize employment documents within the database.
- Keep candidate skills, availability, certifications, and contact information current.




- Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.
- Support payroll and timesheet collection as required.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, sales, or human resources.
- Experience recruiting within industrial, logistics, transportation, or office environments is considered a strong asset.
- Previous business development or sales experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Avionté BOLD, is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
- Bilingual (French and English) is required.
