The Production Line Operator is responsible for safely operating and troubleshooting packaging equipment as part of a team while maintaining product quality, safety standards, and inventory accuracy. This role plays a key part in ensuring production runs efficiently while meeting brand and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and support entry-level production lines involving manual, repetitive tasks to ensure the efficient processing of products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure smooth operations, making adjustments as necessary to meet production targets.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area,
ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Communicate openly with team members and supervisors regarding any issues that arise on the production line.
Requirements:
- CSA Approved Steel Toe Boots.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Up to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including standing for long periods, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working in varying conditions (heights, temperature changes, outdoor environments).
- Using personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, bump caps, safety glasses, and masks when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and adapt to changing production demands.
