We are looking for ten (10) Process Control & Machine Operator(s) – Forklift Duties (NOC 94140) to join our team at the Feversham facility, 494306 Grey Road 2, Feversham, Ontario, N0C 1C0.
These are full‑time positions based on 44 hours per week with occasional overtime. Only candidates able to work a 12‑hour rotating continental shift, including nights and weekends, are being considered.
Position Summary The Process Control & Machine Operator – Forklift Duties in a beverage manufacturing plant is responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, load, and unload materials, packaging, and finished products throughout the facility. This role supports production efficiency by ensuring timely delivery of supplies to the production lines and accurate organization of finished goods in storage or shipping areas. The position requires attention to safety, quality, and cleanliness in compliance with food manufacturing and workplace standards.
Duties Efficiently and safely operate bottling processing equipment via digital control panels, configuring settings, real‑time data tracking, troubleshooting, optimizing processes, ensuring safety compliance, logging data, and applying system updates. Manual operations also required.
Maintain accurate production records and reports for quality control and production tracking. Conduct regular inspections, make necessary adjustments, and ensure quality requirements are met according to company standards; promptly report any deficiencies.
Analyze and interpret production line flow through continuous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cycle times, bottleneck areas, and material flow rates, using advanced data analytics tools to optimize equipment synchronization, reduce downtime, and ensure seamless coordination between processes to maximize manufacturing throughput and efficiency.
Identify and assess potential safety hazards by conducting real‑time risk analysis using sensor data and machine feedback, ensuring compliance with safety protocols,



including lockout/tagout procedures and machine guarding systems. Conduct ergonomic assessments and load distribution analysis for safe lifting practices, adhering to OSHA and plant‑specific safety regulations to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and address challenges effectively.
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation in compliance with industry standards, using approved chemicals, following schedules to prevent cross‑contamination and maintain food safety. Document all activities for traceability and audits.
Apply advanced material handling techniques for safe transport and storage of materials and products by employing equipment such as forklifts while following ergonomic standards. Conduct risk assessments, use protective gear, and implement cushioning and securing methods to prevent damage. Inspect handling equipment regularly and document findings.
Supply production lines with preforms, labels, caps, and other materials to maintain continuous operation.
Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas following plant layout and safety standards.
Perform inventory checks by scanning or recording pallet numbers and verifying product counts.
Provide flexible support on the production line by engaging in various tasks to maintain efficiency and meet targets: equipment setup, monitoring output, troubleshooting minor issues, and assisting with loading and unloading materials while ensuring quality standards. Adapt to roles such as packaging, quality inspection, or machine operation as needed.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical guidelines for production processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Completion of high school required.
Some post‑secondary education required to read and understand technical instructions and sophisticated Husky equipment user manuals.
Two years of plastics injection or bottling line experience required.
Two years of forklift operating experience in a manufacturing environment required. Previous heavy equipment experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and within a small team in a rapid‑paced environment.
Maintain high levels of attendance.
Upbeat and demonstrate a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail.




Compensation and Benefits We offer a generous compensation package, which includes:
Starting wage of $25.76 per hour, less applicable statutory deductions and withholdings.
Eligible to earn a Line Efficiency (LEF) Bonus upon achieving a series of criteria as outlined in the LEF Bonus Program (subject to change).
Goal 1 – Shift achieves 85% LEF each operator receives $10.
Goal 2 – Shift achieves 90% LEF each operator receives $15.
Goal 3 – Shift achieves 95% LEF each operator receives $20.
Overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate after 88 hours worked in a 2‑week cycle.
10 days of paid vacation per year.

Inbound transportation costs for out‑of‑province applicants.
Private health care insurance coverage for out‑of‑province applicants (equal to the Ontario provincial health insurance plan) until eligible for provincial coverage.

Working Environment and Physical Demands Shift work, including nights and weekends required.
Frequent lifting and carrying of materials, products, and goods up to 50 pounds or more.
Standing and walking for extended periods on hard surfaces.
Regular bending, stooping, and reaching to handle equipment and materials.
Manual dexterity for operating machinery controls, tools, and computer systems.
Good visual and auditory acuity to monitor equipment and detect malfunctions.
Operating forklifts and machinery requires coordination, balance, and adherence to safety protocols.
Use of personal protective equipment.
