Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise electrical maintenance teams and contractors
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Analyze failures and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain up-to-date electrical schematics
• Train staff on electrical maintenance practices
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 5 to 10 years industrial experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software
• Knowledge of PLCs, Drives, and HMIs
• Understand occupational health and safety issues
