Dexian is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the post-offer process from offer to first day. Work from home enables collaboration with the global TA team and internal partners to meet SLAs and maintain a smooth candidate experience.
In this role you will generate offer letters, monitor background screening, and ensure requisitions are assigned in Workday on time, while solving issues and supporting special projects as needed.
