In this full time role, you will provide strategic direction and leadership within the Lands & Resources Department. Candidates with extensive experience in natural resource management, supervisory skills, and a passion for Indigenous governance will find this position impactful. Your role will encompass managing diverse programs, environmental monitoring, and community engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Lands & Resources Department initiatives and strategies
• Supervise departmental staff and support management functions
• Oversee budgets, work plans, and reporting obligations




• Engage with government agencies and stakeholder organizations
• Support environmental protection and resource management efforts

Requirements:
• Degree in Natural Resource Management or relevant field
• 5+ years in lands and resources or related field
• Experience in supervisory roles for at least 3 years
• Knowledge of Indigenous rights and consultation processes
• Proficiency in project management and technical reporting
