Helcim is seeking an energetic and personable Sales Success Team member to guide merchants from onboarding to adoption and help them maximize value of our payments platform. You will educate merchants on services and tools, driving activation and long-term engagement.
You will collaborate with Sales, Support, Marketing, Product and Dev teams to refine onboarding processes, scale product adoption, and build lasting relationships with small businesses in a quick-moving environment.
