G&P; Welding, a respected custom steel fabrication company, is searching for a Controller to guide its financial operations. You will work directly with the owners, providing insights that drive business decisions and project completion. The ideal candidate will relish the blend of project accounting and hands-on interaction, enhancing financial practices in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full cycle accounting and reporting processes
• Prepare detailed financial statements and analysis
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Oversee job costing and profitability evaluations
• Support project financial performance alongside estimating
Requirements:
• CPA designation preferred or relevant finance degree
• Experience in manufacturing or construction finance
• Strong job costing and WIP knowledge
• Proficient with ERP systems and Excel
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
