Key Responsibilities:
• Perform mandatory annual asbestos inspections across buildings
• Execute abatement, repair, and encapsulation strategies
• Manage relevant contracts and project documentation
• Assist with emergency responses concerning hazardous materials
• Safely handle the removal of diverse hazardous materials
Requirements:
• Red Seal Certified Journeyperson Carpenter required
• Proven experience of at least 36 months
• Ability to create accurate drawings using AutoCad
• Solid foundation in Microsoft Office tools
• Need for a valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver's License
