Key Responsibilities& Experience
Previous experience in a F&B; Supervisor or similar working in hotels or events.
Experience managing and training teams, driver a strong team culture and driving a great guest experience.
Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
Warm, friendly and approachable manor.
Great communication skills, flexibility and approachable.
Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable
Promote the venue and brand, maintain strong product knowledge, assist with training, supervision, and role allocation as required.
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience working and managing events across hotels, conference centres or event companies.
Experience managing guest expectations and supporting the food & beverage service.
Solid communication skills, attention to detail and work ethic.




Professional with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Previously managed small teams with focus on training and developing staff.
