Kautex is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations at our Windsor facility. You will coordinate recruitment, handle employee relations, and administer benefits and disability programs while ensuring compliance with Ontario standards.
The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 1–2 years of HR experience in manufacturing or unionized settings, and familiarity with ESA, OHSA, and OHRC. CHRP is an asset. Solid communication and confidentiality are essential.
