HR Generalist at 3pillarglobal. About the role 3Pillar Global is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to oversee talent management and recruitment efforts across its North American branches. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering employee engagement, managing benefits, and executing the complete hiring process to support our expanding workforce, which comprises thousands of professionals.

What you'll do
- Implement talent initiatives such as onboarding processes, mentorship programs, and employee recognition schemes to enhance workplace culture.
- Serve as the main resource for employees regarding company policies and local labor laws, ensuring compliance and clarity.
- Oversee the management of employee benefits for both the US and Canadian teams, including handling annual renewals and enrollment procedures.
- Collaborate closely with finance and payroll teams to guarantee precise processing of employee compensation.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the Workday HRIS system, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Lead the recruitment process for mid-to-senior level positions, ensuring a thorough and effective hiring journey.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other skilled networking platforms to attract top talent.
- Work in partnership with hiring managers to clearly define job requirements and assess candidates for both their technical skills and cultural alignment with the company.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote professional development and continuous learning among employees.
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization to foster a more equitable workplace.
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and recruitment progress to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the Human Resources field, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR practices.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations in both the US and Canada.
- Proven experience in managing employee benefits and navigating government portals effectively.
- A track record of successfully recruiting product-focused talent within the North American market.
- Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, showcasing technical proficiency.
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, particularly within matrixed or international organizations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Certification from a recognized HR body, such as SHRM or HRCI, is a plus.
- Experience with employee engagement tools and platforms to enhance team collaboration.
- Knowledge of performance management systems and best practices.
- Familiarity with data analytics in HR to drive decision-making processes.

- Proficient in Workday HRIS for managing employee data and HR processes.
- Experienced with various Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline recruitment efforts.
- Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and engaging potential candidates.
- Knowledgeable in benefits administration and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Competent in executing full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
