About The JobThis role represents an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional in compensation and benefits. The individual will contribute to the management of various total rewards programs, policies, and procedures aligned with Danone’s global vision. The role reports to the Senior Total Rewards Manager for Danone Canada.ResponsibilitiesBenefits and Leave ManagementAdminister employee benefits programs (group insurance and retirement plans) for Canadian employees and respond to their questions and specific requests as needed.Participate in the annual renewal of the group insurance program and lead the renewal campaign and related communications.Audit insurance premiums and pension plan contributions for reconciliation purposes in collaboration with the payroll team and validate changes in HRIS systems.Manage workplace leave files and processes, including disability, parental leave, and unpaid leave.Coordinate the pension plan governance committees and manage and monitor initiatives related to retirement savings education and financial well‑being.CompensationSupport the administration and communication of annual salary review programs, short‑term and long‑term incentive programs, total rewards statements and annual voluntary share purchase program for Canada.Complete annual compensation surveys and market analyses.Collaborate with HR partners to perform job evaluations and provide guidance on hiring, promotions, and other compensation‑related matters.Participate annually in Danone’s market positioning analysis, the development of salary ranges, and internal equity reviews,



in alignment with global Danone guidelines.Ensure compliance with Quebec and Ontario Pay Equity legislation and pay transparency requirements.HR Policies and ComplianceEnsure the maintenance of Danone Canada HR policies, contribute to the development of new ones as needed, and participate in Danone Canada’s internal audits and external certifications related to total rewards.The annual base salary range for this position is $72,000.00 to $110,000.00 CAD. The final salary offered will be determined by factors such as relevant experience and qualifications, internal equity and external market conditions.Benefits PackageDanone Canada also offers a competitive short‑term incentive bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including group insurance, group retirement plans, wellbeing account, versatile time off, true hybrid work environment, paid parental leave, and other attractive options.QualificationsBilingualism (English and working French) is required.
