Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment across multiple branches and facilities. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience and building proactive talent pipelines. The successful candidate will manage recruitment activities from intake through onboarding, support employer branding initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement across the hiring process.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and create accurate job postings and role profiles
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions through active sourcing and networking
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate screening, behavioural interviews, interview coordination, and hiring recommendations
Deliver a positive candidate experience through transparent communication, timely follow-up, and seamless onboarding coordination
Maintain accurate recruitment records, monitor hiring metrics, and provide regular pipeline updates to support recruitment planning
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes,
tools, and hiring consistency across the organization
Collaborate with Marketing and external partners to strengthen employer branding and support recruitment events and talent attraction initiatives
Your strengths include: 2-4 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, preferably in an in-house environment
Experience using applicant tracking systems such as UKG, Workday, Greenhouse, BambooHR, iCIMS, or similar platforms
Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels
Knowledge of recruitment metrics, hiring best practices, and employment legislation related to hiring
Experience conducting structured behavioural interviews using STAR or similar methodologies
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, with RPR or CPHR designation considered an asset
Experience recruiting within construction, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, sales, or related industries is considered an asset
