Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the preparation of complex engineering studies and plans
• Ensure compliance with design standards and specifications
• Liaise with district Bureau of Program Development and consultants
• Train and evaluate subordinate personnel effectively
• Coordinate timely completion of engineering plans with all stakeholders
Requirements:
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois

• Understanding of civil engineering principles and practices
• Strong oral and written communication skills
