CapWest in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Civil Underground Utility Foreman to lead crews delivering water, sewer, and storm infrastructure. You will supervise daily activities, plan and execute installations, and ensure safety and quality on site. The role requires 5+ years in civil underground utility construction and a proven foreman track record.
Solid leadership, ability to read drawings, and adherence to safety rules are essential. Valid driver’s license expected.
