Manulife is looking for a seasoned Lead Platform Reliability Engineer adept in DevOps and Production Operations. You will define SLOs/SLIs, automate processes with AIOps, and enhance observability in platform operations. Your expertise in cloud-native technologies such as Azure and Kubernetes will help improve system reliability and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and track SLOs/SLIs and reduce MTTR
• Build logging, metrics, and alerting systems
• Lead incident response and postmortem analyses
• Develop and maintain self-service and CI/CD tools
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform/Ansible
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of experience in platform engineering
• Proven operational skills in large-scale systems
• Expertise with CI/CD and observability stacks
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or TypeScript
• Understanding of AI solution architectures
