KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Learn to source, secure, and manage freight with reliable carriers
Negotiate competitive rates while maintaining service quality
Track and trace shipments, resolving issues proactively
Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams
Grow and manage a personal carrier network
Ensure timely documentation, and compliance
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS As a member of the Sutco transportation team, we expect you bring the following to the table:
Ability to learn to negotiate rates and manage carrier relationships
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and organizational ability
Self-motivated with strong ownership
Existing knowledge of carrier network in Western Canada
Experience moving loads or working in the industry




Knowledge of Western Canadian transportation regulations
