As a key figure at Cosm, you will manage creative and technical direction for entertainment content. This role demands at least 10 years of visual effects experience, including 5 years in supervision. Engage with team members and external partners to bring a shared vision to life and pitch current projects while inspiring the next generation of artists.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with partners to improve production quality
• Lead projects from concept to delivery and ensure alignment
• Maintain accurate production schedules with the Producer
• Review work daily and manage internal communications
• Mentor upcoming artists in the field
Requirements:
• 10+ years of VFX experience including supervision
• Expertise in Nuke, Maya, Houdini, Unreal rendering
• Understanding of color theory for live-action film
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
