In this hybrid role, you’ll be based in Toronto, Austin, Chicago, Denver, Recent Jersey, Philadelphia, or Raleigh, and will work closely with product, engineering, and design teams. Your impact on Litera's AI-driven products will improve the analysis of complex legal documents, bringing efficiency to legal workflows and enhancing usability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define product vision for legal AI features
• Develop machine learning models for smart field refinement
• Optimize AI experiences and user engagement

Requirements:
• JD with active bar admission in one U.S. state or Canadian province
• Minimum two years in transactional law
• Strong interest in legal tech and AI innovation
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
