As a Surintendant civil senior - Projets Hydro-Québec, you will be part of the construction management department supporting large-scale civil engineering projects across Québec. Pay Range: $150,000 - $250,000

What's the Job?
Supervise all site operations, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently and safely.
Coordinate with foremen, construction teams, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and quality standards.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee concrete work, formwork, and reinforcement activities on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.

Extensive experience as a civil superintendent in large-scale construction projects.
Recognized expertise in concrete, formwork, and reinforcement work.
Proven leadership skills with a focus on team mobilization and results.
Strong organizational and priority management capabilities.
