Engage students in nonlinear dynamics and chaos as a Sessional Instructional Assistant at the University of Toronto Mississauga. Deliver tutorials, support coursework, and enhance learning for an estimated 80 students.
This position requires a strong academic background with at least 3.0 FCEs in mathematics, focusing on proof-based courses. Responsibilities include running tutorials, marking, and providing office hours throughout the semester from September to December 2026. Those with teaching experience are preferred, but a commitment to student learning and effective communication is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate engaging tutorials for 80 students
• Provide marking and invigilation duties
• Hold office hours for student support
