Gatekeeper is seeking an Implementation Consultant to be the trusted technical contact for a portfolio of customers. You will guide them from implementation through long-term adoption, configuring core features and driving immediate value with Gatekeeper’s AI-first platform.
You will own phased implementation, translate business processes into efficient workflows, and proactively identify growth opportunities while ensuring renewals and customer success in a remote-first setting.
