Medical Director Veterinarian | Pulaski Veterinary Clinic | Pulaski, WI Pulaski Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced, collaborative Medical Director to lead our AAHA-accredited small animal practice in Pulaski, Wisconsin. This is an outstanding opportunity for a veterinarian who is passionate about high-quality medicine, mentorship, and practice growth while continuing to maintain an active clinical caseload.
As Medical Director, you'll partner closely with hospital leadership to foster a positive team culture, mentor fellow veterinarians, uphold medical excellence, and help shape the future of our growing practice. We're looking for a leader with a growth mindset who enjoys collaborating with others, developing teams, and driving continuous improvement while delivering exceptional patient care.

What We Offer Up to $150,000 Base Salary (varies based on qualifications/experience)

Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited veterinary school
Active Wisconsin veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
