In this Project Manager role, you will oversee the AI Ops Automation workstream within the SN Integrated Success Program. You'll work collaboratively with program managers, technical teams, and stakeholders, ensuring disciplined execution through two-week sprints and monthly releases. Your leadership will facilitate planning, execution, and governance for successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day execution of the automation workstream
• Manage project planning, execution, and resource needs
• Coordinate cross-team delivery for ServiceNow automation activities




• Facilitate meetings and document project decisions
• Provide regular progress updates to program leadership

Requirements:
• Experience managing ServiceNow projects with multiple stakeholders
• Proven track record of complex enterprise IT project management
• Familiarity with Planview, Jira, and Microsoft Teams
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
