Sobeys Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist Lead – Measurement and Experimentation to drive statistical measurement across marketing and store initiatives.
You will lead a team of data scientists, translate business needs into KPIs, and develop scalable measurement ETLs for AI/ML applications in a hybrid Toronto setting. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure robust experimentation, Bayesian approaches, and robust governance for production models, while mentoring colleagues and shaping
