You will partner with leaders to define role requirements, build pipelines, and run structured interviews from kick-off to offer. You will use AI tools to scale processes and drive the candidate experience.
You’ll recruit across engineering, product, data/AI, GTM, and operations, shaping a scalable function and employer brand as the company grows in North America, Europe, and beyond.
