Reporting to the Executive Director or Director of Care, you will be responsible for personal care assistance, meal delivery, and participation in recreational programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care
• Deliver meals and support housekeeping and laundry
• Implement social, recreational, and therapeutic programs




• Coordinate group activities and special outings for residents
• Build strong relationships with residents and families

Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited Health Care Assistant program
• Registered with the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry
• Robust interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability
• Caring nature and dedication to seniors' well-being
