Socket.dev is seeking an End User Support Technician to join the Site Services team in Calgary. You will provide deskside support, face-to-face service, and hands-on resolution for end users with a solid focus on timeliness and quality.
You will handle break-fix for laptops/desktops, IMAC moves, OS and Office application support, imaging devices, and mobility devices. You’ll manage Remedy tickets and collaborate with Level 3 and other IT teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
