In this senior role, you will collaborate with product stakeholders to enhance Wealthsimple's ML infrastructure. Your responsibility is to create robust services across various product domains while establishing the technical direction for our creative machine learning platform. Work autonomously on impactful projects as you shape and optimize our ML toolkit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders to address technical challenges at scale
• Establish roadmap and architecture for the ML platform




• Build scalable systems with Kubernetes and Ray
• Enhance ML-ops tooling for new data products
• Provide framework-agnostic services for ML needs

Requirements:
• 5+ years implementing production-ready services
• 3+ years of Python programming experience
• Proven scalability in complex systems
• Experience in ML infrastructure and tooling
• Familiarity with the ML ecosystem (e.g. PyTorch, Ray)
