We are seeking a dedicated RN Lead who will collaborate with the Nurse Manager, Director, Physicians, and nursing staff. This role requires supervision of nursing activities and ensuring high-quality care while prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction. You will contribute significantly to improving patient experiences and ensuring the effectiveness of clinical services on the unit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise nursing and ancillary personnel effectively
• Initiate and coordinate care plans with healthcare teams




• Monitor patient care activities for quality assurance
• Conduct rounds to assess patient needs and gather feedback
• Manage staffing according to patient acuity and requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing; Master’s preferred
• Five years' nursing experience preferred
• RN licensure in California required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Supervisory experience essential
