Who We’re Looking For

1+ years of experience in automotive sales or commission-based sales

Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building

Motivated, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment





Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract

Strong ability to create and maintain long-term customer relationships

Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar

Schedule:
Full-Time

Compensation:
$800,000-$180,000 per year (Full Commission)

What Your Day Will Look Like

Promote and sell recent and pre-owned vehicles with a customer-focused approach

Educate customers on vehicle features, options, and available finance solutions

Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently

Stay informed on automotive products, programs, incentives, and industry trends

Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and follow-up

Maintain ongoing communication to build trust and long-term customer relationships
