What you'll do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within the company.
- Understand client objectives and challenges, providing strategic insights and solutions that align with their business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services or products to meet client needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns promptly.
- Assist in the development of proposals and contracts,
ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to represent Ott and build relationships with potential clients.
- Train and mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Handle any escalated client issues with professionalism and urgency, ensuring swift resolution to maintain client trust.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of account management processes and practices within the organization.
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with clients.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar client‑facing role, preferably in a technology or digital marketing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to client management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
