You will play a vital role in the supply division by ensuring timely coordination for various organizations across Northern Ontario. Your focus will be on procurement processes, logistics coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with procurement coordination for customer orders
• Prepare pricing summaries and procurement documentation
• Track orders from the quote phase to delivery
• Support bulk purchasing initiatives
• Communicate with customers about their order timelines
Requirements:
• Recent graduate in Logistics or Business Administration preferred
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communication skills necessary
• Understanding Cree language is a plus
