Supply Analytics Senior Analyst at Agoda. About the role Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Supply department as an individual contributor. You will provide data-driven insights to optimize the supply ecosystem and report to a Senior Manager or Associate Director.

What you'll do

- Convert business briefs into analytical projects by refining objectives and creating storyboards.
- Extract and interpret data from large warehouses to present findings to business stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities and lead initiatives to improve organizational efficiency.
- Build and scale data products and insights to support the Supply organization.
- Automate manual operational tasks and track efficiency gains.
- Conduct A/B testing and provide actionable business recommendations.

Requirements

- 2 to 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, strategy, or business intelligence.
- Bachelor degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics,



engineering, science, economics, or finance.
- Advanced SQL proficiency.
- Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.
- Proficiency in Python or R and Excel.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling or machine learning techniques including regression, hypothesis testing, and random forest.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and present to senior leadership.
- Willingness to work 2 to 3 evenings per week to coordinate with the Bangkok office and regional partners.

Nice to have

- MBA or Master degree in a quantitative field.
- Program management certifications such as PMI or PRINCE2.
- Experience in the Asian market.
- Background in travel, e-commerce, tech, or consulting.
