Ocean Spray is hiring for a Receiving Station Supervisor!

The Receiving Supervisor will lead the efficient operations of the receiving team, supervise the receiving operations for the designated plant, facilitate maintenance, and ensure target plant objectives are met. The role involves reporting on operating processes for receiving leadership, including FSQA, performance, and equipment condition, and coordinating with grower‑owners to provide optimal fruit receiving services.

Responsibilities

- Provide leadership and overall direction to seasonal receiving station employees and year‑round hourly employees.
- Lead team activities to ensure receiving objectives are accomplished safely, timely, and cost‑effective manner according to specification.
- Develop, monitor, and report on operating measures including general business, quality, safety, operator performance, and equipment.
- Oversee monthly reporting and A/P administration.
- Perform and/or coordinate off‑season maintenance, grower services and other projects as assigned by the station manager.
- Assume all responsibilities of Receiving Station Manager in the manager’s absence.

Qualifications





- Knowledge of receiving operations/processes.
- Ability to problem‑solve.
- General management and business skills.
- Highly organized.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Mechanical/maintenance skills.
- Computer knowledge.
- Associate’s Degree (required).
- At least 3 years of work experience.

Compensation

Annual salary: $66,400 - $83,000 CAD.
