Title: Oracle AI Architect
Location: Brampton, Ontario - Hybrid (2-3 Days WFO)

Duration: 06-12 months

Job Description:

Join our team as an Oracle AI Architect, focusing on enterprise-grade AI applications and leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services. This role is essential for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle ERP Cloud, and adhering to the highest standards of governance and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, with at least 3 years dedicated to AI/ML or Generative AI solutioning.
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, including OCI GenAI Service, Functions, and AI Data Platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio, Redwood UI extensions, and Oracle ERP Cloud modules (Financials or SCM).
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), embeddings,



and RAG architectures.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with AI governance and compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of RESTful API integrations and Python programming.
- Familiarity with multi-agent systems and Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Lead the design and solutioning of AI applications focusing on Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Architect end-to-end pipelines using OCI GenAI services, Data Science platforms, and Autonomous Database.
- Develop seamless integrations between AI models and Oracle ERP Cloud using OCI Integration (OIC) and API Gateway.
- Ensure all AI solutions adhere to enterprise security, compliance, and data governance standards.
