YOUR ROLE:
You will support the team on a variety of files and provide advisory support to members of the firm.
Your main responsibilities will include:

- Acting as a point of reference for compliance programs;
- Identifying conflicts of interest and establishing ethical walls;
- Analyzing information in accordance with regulations and policies;
- Applying compliance procedures in various situations;
- Contributing to compliance-related projects;
- Maintaining and updating procedural documentation;
- Preparing various reports and files.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- University degree in administration, law, or any other related field;
- Solid experience in a similar role within a professional services environment;




- Good proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of conflicts of interest management software is an asset;
- Strong bilingualism in both French and English, spoken and written;
- Robust organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively;
- Thoroughness, attention to detail, proactivity, and analytical mindset;
- Discretion, respect for confidentiality, and sound judgment;
- Strong communication skills and excellent client service orientation;
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
