We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced live-in caregiver to care for our 87-year-old mother. She has early-onset dementia and requires assistance with her daily routine. We are seeking someone who is patient, kind, and enjoys working with seniors. Responsibilities include: - Assisting with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene - Helping with walking and mobility - Preparing nutritious meals and snacks - Housekeeping and laundry - Providing medication reminders - Providing companionship and conversation - Accompanying her on short walks or to appointments when needed Requirements: - Experience caring for seniors with dementia - Ability to communicate clearly in English or French (Portuguese is an asset) - References - CPR/First Aid certification is an asset We offer: - A live-in position with a private bedroom - Meals included - Wi-Fi - Air conditioning - A respectful, supportive family environment If you are interested, please tell us about your caregiving experience.
