Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care for critically ill patients
- Document patient assessments and interventions
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care
- Participate in training and mentoring staff
- Contribute to resource utilization and efficiency
Requirements:
- Current Certificate of Competence as Registered Nurse in Ontario
- BScN preferred with at least 2 years in critical care
- Valid ACLS and BCLS certifications required
- Familiarity with CCIS technology
- Completion of critical care cardiac module
