Conestoga College is searching for a dedicated Part time Supervisor to enhance overall esports programming and support student-athletes. You will oversee logistics during matches, direct communications, and provide operational leadership in a competitive environment.

This 24-hour weekly role includes evening and weekend hours to accommodate the varsity schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee logistics for varsity matches and ensure readiness
- Direct communications of schedules to athletes and coaches
- Lead frontline athlete support during practices and matches




- Prepare gaming stations and assist with basic troubleshooting

Requirements:

- Two-year diploma in relevant esports or event management field
- Minimum one-year experience in esports or athletics
