Become a key player at AIL as a Bilingual Geostructural Engineer! You will lead the design of high-stakes geostructural projects while collaborating with a talented team.

In this role, you will report to the Engineering Manager and focus on projects like buried bridges and retaining walls. Your expertise in soil-structure interaction and engineering judgment will guide the project lifecycle, from inception through to construction.

You will ensure that designs are compliant, constructible, and cost-effective, while also mentoring other engineers for continual growth and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design of high-risk geostructural projects
- Evaluate soil-structure interaction principles
- Ensure designs are compliant and cost-efficient
- Identify and address technical risks proactively
- Mentor engineers and foster technical growth

Requirements:

- Licensed Skilled Engineer, P. Eng.
- 7+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
- Experience with finite element analysis methods
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Bilingual communication in English and French
