Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee resident care with daily routines
- Follow physician orders for medications and treatments
- Monitor and report resident health changes
- Participate in the quality assurance processes
- Assist in training non-registered staff under RN guidance
Requirements:
- Current certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Experience in long-term care is beneficial
- Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
- Knowledge of care coordination and time management
- Proficient in using computer software and applications
