Rogers is looking for a Senior Manager for the Cyber Security team. This leader will manage a diverse group of Project Managers and ensure project performance aligns with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a high-performing project management team
- Set annual performance targets and conduct reviews
- Complete timely project status reports and maintain issue registers
- Proactively review overall program performance
- Provide regular visibility into project metrics and status
Requirements:
- Experience in large-scale program management
- Proven leadership in Agile project environments
- History of managing Cyber Security programs
- PMP Certification is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
